    I had a 3" key lift on it and for now am using the same rear blocks until I can get the shackle flip rears from ORD. I have Bilstein 5100s on it now and they work great with a 3" lift. From my understanding it should end up with a 3-4" lift over stock which is just about right where it is...

    Got a bit more progress done today. Pass side is pretty much done. Have to drill out a couple of wholes on front bracket and put bolts through but its in there. Tomorrow (if it doesn't rain) will be knocking out the drivers side. Ended up using the plasma cutter to punch through the wholes...

    I am doing the SAS with the same ORD kit on my 99K2500 Suburban 7.4. When I cut off the mounts for the IFS and saw the indention where the frame has a step in and was wondering how that shock tower would work. What plate did you use? That looks really good!

    The kit I am using is from Off Road Design. If you are using the stock leaf springs from 73-87 it works with your existing bolt holes for the brackets. You will have to drill a few holes with a 1/2" drill bit but other than that it is a bolt in set up. Very well built and heavy duty...
