    Got a bit accomplished today...sound deadening is such a PITA. Sound Deadening....never again. EVER. (Not even to my pillars/doors yet) Don't know what I was thinking when I made the hole for the shifter, that is going to bug me forever. Carpet in place, Just a ton of trimming left to do.

    Sound Deadening

    Another option is going on ebay and looking up Fatmat, and get the stuff without the fatmat logo all over it. That way you arnt paying for the advertising and its relatively cheap. Not as thick as Id like it to be but i guess it gets the job done. I got 100sf for 112$ or something like that.

    So the vinyl was just not cutting it anymore, had stains from everything imaginable and was just disgusting and i could not stand it anymore. Not to mention the water it trapped under it, which started rusting out my floorboards. so... The makeover begins. It will consist of new carpet...
