    Design Phase: Rear Tube Bumper Through Roll Pan

    Looks sweet I say build it. Take lots of pics. I thought of doin something similar on my 71 stepside I used 2 have. My plan was 2 use a 30s or 40s truck or sedan bumper instead of the tube style. Never did build it though....

    What did you do to your offroad truck today?

    Left in it this morning, dropped my son off at the babysitter, then drove 2 work,..whining 2 myself for still not fixing the 4WD or most of the other stuff I need to.... Oh well at least she still fires up and goes every time...( knock on wood.)

    Would have 2 find or make rear fenders specially for the step side, but I think it would look awesome if you did. anyone got any more info in that black EC? Tried searching 4 fokus industries and all I found was a German investment firm!

    the first 2 pics of the black EC actually made me drool a little... Been thinkin bout doin the pre-runner look on my 92 ECSB. Now if I can only figure out how 2 get that much travel out of 4wd without re-mortgaging my house....

    GMT400 History

    My 92 has power windows, locks, a/c, tilt, but has rubber floor instead of carpet. Looked up rpo codes and it also came with the factory 3.42 limited slip. Also built in Canada, kinda funny considering I live in georgia

    front diff not engaging

    Havent thought about that spacer, the pass. side shaft has a LOT of play in it .... To the point it will pull out till it hits the frame! Do know that the guy I got the truck from did have work done 2 the front diff but couldn't tell me exactly what was done. Said 4X4 worked for a while then...

    So the 4 wheel drive hasn't worked on my 92 since I've owned it. I have checked everything from the t-case switch to the actuator including the wiring. The front drive shaft turns and the actuator works perfectly. So i've kinda narrowed it down to something internal as the pass. Side axle also...

    4wd still not working

    ok a little update ... took the actuator out and tried to manually push in the plunger in the frot diff. only went in about 1/8 of an inch. tried turning the wheels and the driveshaft by hand while holding the plunger in, the front driver side axle tried to turn but only made a grinding sound...

    checked the actuator and it is working perfectly (supposed to be new) and the front driveshaft is turning. found an old post once saying that some of the actuators came with a factory spacer. is this true or just B.S.? can't find anything else about this spacer. also wondering if there is...
