‘94 Remote power mirror switch help

Remote power mirror switch help: Does anyone know how to separate the grey 4 way button from the black square case? I’m trying to repair the center LR switch. Broke a piece of plastic off it. OR HAVE ONE TO SELL?!

Power mirrors wiring

94 K5 Blazer. Power mirrors. Driver side. It has 4 wires. Yellow, blue, green, white. Yellow, blue, green run the motors. What is white? Defrost?
