    v6 to v8 swap issues help

    My buddy's 93 w/t had a v6 in it he swapped in a 350 and left all the electronics for v6 and for some reason he says it's rev limiting at 3500rpm. So he swapped in a v8 computer and with that it loads up slowly building rpm till about 30mph and then it wakes up and hauls ass. Any clue what could...
