Honestly you and your dad can do it . You got to learn man. Take the front off unbolt the bumper. And do one side at a time . The back bed you can do in thirty or forty minutes if that man.
Honestly I would rather have it up in the front and a inch lower in the back then lowering the back. Just put a one or two inch blocks in the back. if it higher in the front.
You can do anything if you know its going to work . You got to make sure you dont put it to high because you can cause your tailgate not to lower right . If that makes since. You can do a lot when you have a welder and are able to work the problems out that you have to work with. You know?
Man do it yourself its easy , well most of the time just have a good jack, wrenchs and a few other tool. Depending on what size it is sometime you only have to disconnect the steering shaft. If you are careful I did mine by myself in 3.1/2 hours.

Oh by the way don't use more then three coats or it will be so dam dark you might get a ticket . Also after you spary the tent . Let dry then do two or three coats clear. Let dry for 1or2 days . Then wet sand with the finest grit sandpaper you can find. Then you a buff compound. Make sure to go...
Where you sanded down to those layers of paint. You need to use a few coats of filler prime and the wet sand. If not you more then likely will have that show up in the paint . I know it feels and looks smooth but it can show through trust me . Some people will agree some won't.
Yea my 325 where or at least wider then a Corvettes . They were so f-ing heavy I took them off becase they rubed my sway bar. Then I got the new ones and they don't rube the sway bar but rubed the hell out of the inner fenders so I had to put a body lift on.
I might be wrong and I don't have a truck in your year model but 305/50 or 60 is close to a 31 or so, the only reason Im saying that is I had 325/65/18 on my truck at one time that measure 32 inch. I know am running 295/70/18 measure with air they are 34.25 inchs tall.
