Transmission fluid question

I have a 98 GMC K2500 with a 5.7 and it is use mostly to pull my 24 travel trailer around. I was wondsering what brand and type of tranny fluid is the best for towing conditions? I was also looking at a B&M transmission pan that has a 3 quart extra capacity versues the stock pan and it is...

Regular versues Premium

Ok would using premium grade over regular grade improve a 1998 GMC 5.7's towing power and mileage. I had heard that by using premium it allows the computer to advance the timing more and thus increase the motor performance. Is this true??

Cold Air Intake question

I have a '98 GMC K2500 5.7 and I am looking at adding a cold air intake. There are a ton out there, what are you preferences on these?? AEM....K&N...Airaid etc.........Anyone have a experience with one and how much performance do you really pick up with one of these...Are they worth the money??
