    What to prepare for before I rip into engine....

    That actually looks like its getting fuel. Maybe just not at the right time due to a clogged injector/line. If your 100% on the compression reading i would change out to an mpfi setup. But that plug looks likenits getting fuel just not igniting it

    A little help/opinions on EVO

    Mine worked fine, my pump was worn, changed the pump, couldnt swap over the evo valve as it has a super thin nut portion thats made out of brass and stripped, searched for new evo valve, nothing, had to use the eliminator fitting. Does anyone know where i could buy a new evo valve? Or procedures...

    Crankshaft replacement

    Ok that sounds like a valid reason. And to answer what everyone is asking, the engine already has the top end done on it within the last 20k miles along with the bottom end bearings but we did see damage to the conn rod bearings upon replacement which i believe was caused by excessive run time...

    Thanks. Im mostly worried about software issues from what uv described. Do you think the possibility exists ile get lucky and wont have to change anything in the programing or are the changes you made a requirement due to it running through that controller?

    This is awsome! Just a couple simple questions if you can answer. 1 bellhousing bolt pattern, i was under the understanding ls motors had a diff belhousing bolt pattern than gen 1 sbc motors. 2. What torque converter and flywheel did you end up using? Im getting confused with how you wrote it...
