    Thanks , I won't have to worry about that I have a new shaft and magnet I am installing in place of the old cracked magnet so I will spray it before installing , I am just trying to be proactive to try and keep the magnet portion from getting so rusty like the orignal I'm replacing.

    1993 Silverado replacing the dash questions

    I would replace the Ac evaporator while in there, both of my 94 rcsb trucks the fittings were galled and took the threads off the evaporator when loosening. Would also loosen change the recirculate actuator while you have the Dash and or heater box out they go bad and are a pain to replace.

    Might want to consider checking rocker geometry do to so many new variables, probably need different length hardened pushrods . Many people overlook this step.
