    Thanks for the suggestion. I ended up buying a different cover for 300, with no damage and everything I needed. Sometimes even something that's free isn't worth it, the other cover didn't even have the rails I would clamp to the bed :hmm:

    Agreed. If you're gonna sand it smooth I would use 320-400 grit on a long block, then lay down your color. It'll probably be much easier to do out of the truck, too...

    VERY true. Just redid mine with some sub-standard glue and i gotta tear out all the trim and newly added OH console to redo it with better stuff... don't cut corners on your glue.
