    I just use some Indian Head on the short sides of the valve cover to hold the sling shot on. Works for me every time.

    Can’t get mine to work. Every thing comes on then 30-40 sec later - - I have read thread over and over check connections 4 or 5 times the only thing not connected is the compass module and it’s in a 99 3500 from 98 blazer and is full featured unit

I bought mine for an 88’ k2500 with a 5.7 and the one in my avatar 99’ k3500 with 7.4 and it was the same part #. But you have to look at which one you buy, I bought 2 sets (4 bolts total)...

    Did you mention if you had cam bolts on your upper a arms. I put the full six on my 88’ and had the same problem. All I did was buy cam bolts for the upper arms for like $20 on rockauto.
