Improve 4.3 Mileage and Hp

Hi, I am wondering what mods there are to improve the fuel mileage on my truck. I have been looking around and wondering what you guys are doing to improve the mileage. I would like to stay under $500. Any tips on how to gain a little bit more hp as well for a cheap upgrade.

4.3 Head Swap help

Hi, I was wondering on how hard and what has to be done to swap my heads off my 4.3 and put heads off a vortec 4.3. Or would it just be easier to swap out both engines. Thank You

TBI 4.3 Head Swap.

Hi, I am wondering what all is involved with swapping heads with my 4.3 and changing them to the heads off a vortec 4.3. I already have the engine sitting there but I wanted to swap out the heads but I don't know what all is involved. Or would it be easier to just swap out the engines? Thank you.
