1989 dually tailgate lights

Ive been searching for about 2 months now for the tailgate lights for my dually. They all work except for one and id like to replace them with a stock looking one. Ive searched on here and found a couple of post of people ordering some but never saw a source mentioned or part number.

What is this?

Any clue on what this is? It's under the dash next to the fuse block. This was a commercial truck for about 15 years but I don't know what it was used for.

New here just traded a 93 full size blazer for this. 116k miles, clean interior and 4x4. New tires and its bone stock. Had the valve covers off and it's clean seems to have been well maintained.
