    Honestly I would call the dealer and give them your vin number and they can tell you the exact part number, I’m always weary about interchangeable part numbers.

    If it is custom someone did a really good job, cause when I took it down to take the wood off and reupholster it, it looked like it came from a factory.

    Like the post says, has anyone ever seen a roof console like this. I bought this truck around 8 years ago and this is the console that came with it, I’ve search years online and in scrap yards but I’ve never seen one like it. It originally had wood trim, but I removed it and carpeted it instead.

    Yeah that’s my plan, would rather get there slow instead of wrecking fast. Like everyone said I’m gonna get a weight distribution hitch, as well as make sure the tow vehicle is in top not condition. And definitely make sure the trailer brakes are in working order.

    Around a 20 to 24 foot trailer, will have electric trailer brakes. The curb weigh of the mud truck originally is around 4500 pounds and I’m assuming she probably put on at least 1k, won’t know for sure until it’s done and back in the road and can go to a local scale.     Yea, both trucks are Extended cab, short bed, 1/2 ton. I assumed that other than front suspension setup that they are the same but I wanted to be sure before trying to swap the bodies. Am I going to run into an issue with the bed mounts?
