Not getting fire

New crate motor was installed with new distributer, rotor button, cap. Also new was injectors, coil pack plugs and wires, cps sensor and cam sensor. Truck cranks and cranks, but won't run. Any ideas?

HELP

98 silverado with brand new fuel pump, fuel lines, filter. Truck is getting the correct amount of fuel (checked with gauge) also getting great fire (new plugs, wires and coil pack.) Also has new crank sensor. You can sit and crank on it and it will not start. Sometimes when you release the key...
