454 vortec injector thoughts?

So now my truck is running again I was going to start ordering parts injectors, fpr, plugs, plug wires, and maybe a fuel pump. So I helped my cousin rebuild his 99 454 vortec and he put 4.6 Ford injectors in? is this a good or bad idea? because I found some reman ones with a 5 year unlimited...
