i have a frame for a regular cab 8' bed k2500 chevy or gmc. it came out from under a 99 old style chevy. the truck was from north carolina and has surface rust, not much scale at all. it was measured up using a tram and it is nice and straight, not "diamond" which is what happens when these get... -

frame rot by steering box
my 1999 k 2500 has some frame rot on the left front horn and back to the steering box mounting points. i have heard that this is common (at least in the rust belt) and there is a repair plate available for this. i did a google search and searched on here and found nothing. any one have any info...- paul c
