    see truck has 350 tbi , i have a 454 tbi in shop and have seen 454 around 400hp to 450hp , my ls is a 4.8 with little head work and texas speed cam, msd igntion controller , an can buy 4 barrel to tbi plate cheap just thinking somthing last me threw xmas and can start building up to ls efi swap...

    i already have carb 4.8ls was going install a fast efi kit on top but out of budget .started reading and thinking a 454 tbi should flow the numbers and be efficent.. this is justa temp thing just have find manifold ecm and harnis i can afford.

    What r thoughts on a 454 tbi mounted on a carb set up 4.8l ls? Just thought on fuel for brain and 454 tbi figure have enough cfm to support a 327ci?
