Biggest tire with a 2 inch Body Lift

Hey guys, I'm thinking about doing a 2 inch BL on my Z71. I want to get new wheels as well. I was looking at a 18x9 wheel with -12 offset. The company I am buying from recommends a 265/60R18 tire, but I feel like I can go bigger especially with a 2 inch BL. I'm wondering whats the biggest tire...

Whistling/Squeaking Noise starting at 30mph

So I have a whistling/squeaking noise which starts at about 30 mph and the noise gets "faster" as I accelerate. It sounds like its coming front the passenger side wheel. I can only hear it with my windows down, when the windows are up I cant hear it. I dont think its the brake pad wear indicator...
