Bulb Size Under Driver's Dash (1990 C1500)

I want to do a LED conversion for the interior lights in my 1990 Silverado. There is a bulb under the driver's dash that comes in when you open the door along with the dome light.

Can someone tell me the size of the bulb that's under the dash? I've done some web searches and on here and can't seem to find it

Should be a 1156 if it's a single contact style bulb. Should be one on driver and passenger side.

Old interior GMT400's use #89 style for the under dash courtesy lights. It has a much smaller "globe" than an 1156, which is typically a bulb used in turn signals and reverse lights on other vehicles.

The ones I just pulled from my '89 said "1003" whatever that is. They were no workie. Going to find out today if those are still available and what the replacement is...
