The paint code is at the lower left of the RPO tag it should have BC/CC next to it. As far as color names a lot of manufactures change the name of a color without changing the color. GM has used the same white on their trucks for many years but calls it different things over the years. The colors can be different depending on what plant the car was made in also. When I order paint now I give the paint code and the VIN as different variants are available and the VIN helps identify what was used. In forty years of painting I have never used the name of a color to buy paint.

Edited Sorry it is the left # sometimes. It will sometimes say wa next to the # on GMs. That will be a 4 digit #

Medium Charcoal Gray Metallic is probably one of my favorite colors but of course I may be a little partial to it...

Duplicolor calls it "Storm Gray Metallic" hence the name, "Storm"

Code 13 is silver for gm 1999. It doesn't list it as a truck color but for all models. You can call the dealer parts dept with the last 8 of the vin and get the color code from them that way too.
Have you called a paint supplier with the 13 code to see what they say?
