So just open bleeder? And for how long on each wheel? I'e bleed this truck several times and no luck. Bout to the point of doing the swap but funds is a little low right now. Thanks

Hey I'm kinda new to this forum. I'm having trouble with my brakes. I had to replace my booster which required to remove the MC. Now having the issue with the brake light coming on and pedal to the floor until you pump the brakes to get firm. After reading what you guys are saying about the...

Ok maybe I didn't bleed enough, the brakes was soft before I changed the booster, but know they seem more so and the light comes on. Thanks for the info

Still what about the abs? Seen where you have to have a scan tool to bleed properly

I have a 1997 K 1500 brake booster went bad but before booster went bad it still had a soft pedal, when I replaced the booster I had a friend of mine help me bleed the brakes and still have soft pedal when you first hit the brake pedal for the first time the brake light comes on after that you...

I' having same issues with my 97. Bleed brakes aot and pedal still soft and brake light comes on when first pump brakes. Going to try the gravel road thing and see if helps
