Gauges not working

The fuse for the PRNDL is not blown, i've tried changing it anyways. and the fuse for the gauges. That was the first thing. I then changed the neutral safety switch. The thing that gets me is, every now and then it will work, and when it does the speedo will be about 15mph higher than my actual...

Can anyone possibly help me? I've replaced the neutral safety switch. It was not the problem.

Gauges not working
