Truck: ‘97 GMC Sierra w/4L60E rebuilt 40k miles ago approx 2 yrs ago. Told it was give a “Level 1” shift kit, not sure what that entails?

Hey Guys- Please help me identify these A arms.
I just bought this lifted Yukon but I’m not able to identify the suspension. I’m thinking I’ll need to order new upper control arms because the new bushings don’t align well.
I just put a new crate 5.7 in my 1997 GMC Yukon, replaced the crank shaft sensor and the distributor. It threw the P1345 code when I started it. When I put all the new parts in the engine was on TDC and lined up perfectly.
The truck starts and runs great. When I clear the code it comes back...
