Definitely need to press that little button under the rubber cap. Had the same thing. My uncle replaced a brake line and couldn't get it to bleed. Pressing the button will allow the fluid to go to the rear. It was a safety feature gm did.

The valving in the shocks was designed to be in a certain direction so your rebound may be stiffer but **** it. Run them upside down for a bit if it's that bad cut the lower mount and reweld. Really easy fix right.

I've done a couple swaps back in the day and I got to say that about 70% of my problems showed up the first week but the FML problems showed up a month or so after the swap.
What I learned to do is break the cam in (flat tappet) and beat the **** out of it for the first week. Any weak parts...
Well, I bought a DBC throttle body. Going to use the 0411 pcm and modify the blue green wire harness to use as DBC. Had to do a bit of work but it still is cheaper then buying a harness.

So, if you had the option which route would you go? Is there any advantage? Again I have a 95 so it's not going to integrate into my chassis harness right?

Has anyone done a swap with the 0411 and the newer ECM? I have a 95 k1500 and have a 0411 ECM. While at the junk yard I found a ECM out of a 03 tahoe with DBW. Since I have a DBW throttle body on a TBSS intake would it make sense to swap to that computer? Just grab a tac module and pedal? Or...
I haven't dug into it yet. I think for us the best way to make it work is to make the pcm a stand alone. The only thing I haven't figured out yet is cruise control.
I don't know what else the 0411 pcm would need to control.
Did you figure it out? I'm getting ready to slide a 5.3 in and I believe you are trying to do the same thing I have planned. I have a 95 z71 with a nv3500.
If I had to choose I would go with the higher fuel pressure regulator. It would see the max pressure when it looses vacuum
