So it's been awhile, but I've been doing alot if thinking and planning things out. For the body drop I pan to make the frame front the firewall back. I started laying everything out in a 3d model so I can wrap my head around things. Still not very good with the program but you may get the idea...

Turns out it wasn't left out, I wrote that before getting too far in. The tab with the screw in it was broken off. So I still jad to take it out but it was much easier with the cap out of the way. Thanks again.

New camshaft position sensor cap and rotor installed. Fired right up and ran smoother than ever. Thanks for the help.

Do you have to loosen and turn the distibutor to get to the front torx that is under the intake?

Getting up there is one thing, Getting a tool to magically land in the torx bolts that hold that cap on is something else entirely. I even took the hood off and still unable to make any progress.

Nope to all of those. I did swap out the fuse (not broken) and I got the cap rotor and sensor. That cap and rotor look like it's going to be a *****.
