Stuck in defrost and floor

Anyone have an idea? I just pulled the control module and added a relay which from what Ive read should fix it. I do have vent and floor now but still no AC or recirculate.

Stuck in defrost and floor

I have a 98 GMC Sierra 1/2 ton 4wd with a 5.7. my vents are stuck on defrost and floor, I've tried 2 new mode actuators from a parts store with no luck. All they do is wiggle a little side to side when changed on control module. I've tested the plug to the actuator, pin 10 has 12v, 9 and 8 have...

Block heater

That's what I'm thinking. It won't be used all the time but it could be handy at times. Especially at 4 in the morning when I'm going hunting.

Thanks everyone, its for sale on Facebook. New in box but never been used. Even if I did put it on I'd still let the truck warm up before driving. Figured for $3 it would be worth a try.

I've never had any type of heater to plug in, but I found this one local for $3. Does anyone know if it's worth messing with? It'll be on a 98 1500 Z71. I live in central Kansas, doesn't get real cold but could be handy at times. Can't get a picture loaded, it's a sure start engine heater. Plugs...

Air bag light after pitman arm change

Lol there some good stories. I'm thinking of checking the spring but not sure how to get to it without setting off the airbag. I've checked all the wires I can see by the sensor and everything looks to be ok. Is there a write up on steering wheel removal or similar that would explain how to get...

I replaced my pitman arm on my 98 gmc sierra. That day my air bag light came on. I'm thinking it might be the spring behind the airbag but not sure on how to check it. Don't really want to take it to a dealer and have to pay to find out what it is. Is it simple to get to and check the spring? I...
