First time it's been buffed since I bought it in May. Turned out pretty well. Makes it so you can really see all of the dents in it, so that's a plus, right?

Ha ha right? It was free. I did some work for the guy that owns the detail shop across the street from my work, and so he owed me it. It's also been a really dry and warm winter here in utah. The forecast for the week is dry and in the 50s so figured what the hell

Don't know why because its the middle of winter, but I got the yukon detailed yesterday. Turned out well.

    Which fluid to use?

Awesome. Thanks, man. I don't think it's a big enough difference either way to cause problems, but I'd rather be sure i guess

    Which fluid to use?

Anybody know the fluid for the front diff in my 99 yukon? Is it 75w-90 or 80w-90?

Good Front Valance (Without Tow Hooks)

I picked one up on Amazon for $20 about 6 months ago. Fitment kind of sucked. Took some effort and a few swears here and there. But I got all my bolts in, and it looks just as good as stock. I'd buy another one if I needed to, because although it was a pain to put on, it was worth it for as good...

    Smooth Front Bumper

I thought about doing this. It looks really good. Good job

For sure. Yeah, the tread pattern is pretty basic. But it definitely does what it needs to. I used to like bfgs. But this last set it had was crap. I'll never waste the money on those overpriced tires again. Not to mention, they never balanced out well. Pretty sad when I can get cheaper mud...

They're not bad, honestly. I was skeptical, but they were the right price. They balanced out pretty well for how much rubber is there, and how heavy they are. They're M/Ts so they will probably only last 20k-25k miles. But they aren't really loud like I thought they would be. They ride much...

Yeah, I just don't understand why people cut corners, ya know. I honestly feel like the guy probably had to put more effort into doing things the wrong way on this truck, than if he would have just had patience, or got the right parts for hell sake. You should have seen the bolt holding the fan...

Everything I do to this truck is a battle. No matter how big or small the task may seem, it always becomes a project. I hope the guy who did alot of the work on this truck prior to me buying it, has made an intelligent decision to stop working on vehicles. Today's "project" new shocks. Check out...

    TC lock-up trouble...

Hey, guys. Wondering if anyone has had similar trouble with this? Is there a simple fix, or is my trans internals bad? Everytime I'm up to about 55-65mph and it goes into lock-up, it goes in really hard. Almost feels like a slip, hesitates, and then grabs. It holds lock-up just fine when it's...
