    oh ye of little faith. i was right, what i thought was wrong was wrong, i did what i thought i should and it worked great. no need to drop the tranny. just posted here to get other ideas, but i know what im doing. hope it helps someone else when all they get told buy this group is "drop the tranny".

    UPDATE......... i took a bottle jack and a ratchet extension and a brick (to keep the bottle jack in place) and slowly extended the jack to press the extension against the pivot fork while spraying PB Blaster through the view hole. did that repeatedly for a couple of days, replaced the slave...

    I assume my pivot bearing had not been properly lubricated and seized due to sitting for so long. I sprayed a bunch of PB in there yesterday and ima try to force it to move. Was just hoping someone had a better idea I also said new master, slave and line.

    I don't think you understand the problem. Fork is not moving. Master and slave are fine

    Brand new master, piston moves fine, the problem is the fork not moving

    I just bought a 93 k3500 6.5 and the clutch line was blown when I bought it. Replaced the master, slave, and line, and bled my system. When i put it all back together and tried to press the clutch down it bent the rod to the master. Removed master and tried pressing the piston with a screwdriver...
