    So.... I'm looking for some opinions of what i should do when it comes time to get new tires in a month or two. I'm considering pulling the body lift off this truck. Going with a 285/60R18s cooper zeons all the way around and dropping it in the back to level it....... Anybody out there done...

    I'm assuming the same way the bumper got cocked sideways. Impact. Driver Side hook was almost pinched shut. Ill just get new ones if i decide to put them back.

    You dont happen to have an exploded diagram or anything of this gear do you? I'm trying to get in my head what it looks like. And figure out how hard it would be to change if needed. To me it acts more like the gear is stripped out because it only fails under a lot of stress.

    UPDATE: So I havent tested anything, but driving the truck today i realized that my speedo problem isnt as random as i thought. When i drop down in to passing gear the speedo freezes until i lett off the gas. When right before the speedo picks back up and the tranny shifts at the same time...

    Something else i thought of. My Speedometer will stick sometimes, then picks back up. Maybe the VSS? I figure this weekend i'll clean the MAF, Test the TPS and replace if needed, and if neither of those help I'll replace the VSS. I'll update everyone after I run through all the testing.

    Fluid level is fine. I'll test the TPS sometime this week. Its a High Mileage truck no telling if when the Transmission has been rebuilt replaced.
