Thanks for the reply Jeff. I didn't mean to high jack this thread and change the topic. Hopefully it can be useful info again as pin 38 is blank for a 02 LQ4. Thanks again.

Thanks for all the replies and help. I used the stock gen 3 acc drive and ditched the a/c for now as this is going to be my winter ride. The swap is coming along pretty decent. Currently waiting to hear from Brendan at lt1 swap for some cal changes as I can't get my hands on a hp tuner set up...
