    Suburban alignment question

This is a good short thread. I answered all of the issue I had and sped up the front end repairs of my truck. The shop that failed my front end wanted to replace the ball joints. and I told them they were not bad, just the tie rod ends at minimum by watching what moved when moving tires. Thanks

    1995 Door Panels

I had to get a powered gray set on fleabay. I saw lots of manual ones on there. They are not cheap, and neither is shipping. My drivers side was inop, so sprung for a pair.

HOW TO: Remove rear trim in extended cab OBS

I know this is an old thread and thanks for posting it. It was helpful, but did you have any luck using the plastic welder. Even with knowledge of clip location, cold weather caused some issues. I'm checking out sound deadening thread next. Thanks again.

    New Massachusetts hitch law

I live in the peoples republic of taxachusetts and never heard of this law. I took mine out the other day because I was putting my truck on the ferry and they wanted 37.50 for having a longer vehicle. I don't miss bangin my shin either. Sounds like one of those laws in place so the cops can...

update: The entry lever was sticking and not catching. One of those lack of use things. The truck sat for four years till enough funds finished the motor swap.

Brakes still spongy after countless brake bleedings, and new master cylinder.

I hate those brake switches, never got one off yet without wreckin it. How much do you think Gm paid, so It would nearly be impossible to remove? There are instruction to rmove it, but it is in such a rotten place you can't see what your doing.

    Brake Hydro Booster

Replacement of the hydroboost unit fairly easy. You can leave the master cylinder intact and in place. The hard part that I found was that clip thing that keeps the brake switch on under the dash. I got a new one of those as well because it didn't survive. Somewhere on the net and here, there is...

    Hydroboost issues..

I retro'd hydroboost on my old Jeep GW, and the bleedind was the PIA. The brakes worked so well on thr Jeep, I realized that the factory Hydro setup on my k2500 was shot, and replaced everything but the antilock box. Had to gravity bleed that system lots, but the bench bleed went better than Jeep.

    E-3 Spark Plugs

Had 2 crack on my AMC 360. Only use AC Delco or NGK on my gassers. It worth a shot on the old guzzler though as 11 MPG is good mileage and only reason I get that is I use GM HEI distributor and used to get 9.

Inner structure under extended cab body panel?

Thanks, I guess it will be clear to me when I cut it out tomorow. Did you have to remove the interior panel or just dig the foam out from the outside. Concerned about fire when welding, even though much less heat stitching to keep warpage to minimum.
