Xenon Headlight 95 Suburban

I'm looking for a brighter headlight. Folks have recommended the ZXE Ultra from Sylvania, I then found the LEDs on CarID.com, they are from Lumen. The tech on carid told me to stay away from xenon on my truck...they might be too bright...not work as well. He told me he has the Lumen LED and...

Xenon Headlight 95 Suburban

Thanks...I also found Lumens lights....they are LED replacements...they have headlights, directional, stop, tail , and backup lights. According to the guy from CarID.com they are plug and play. The Hi beams are 6000lu, low beam is 4000 lu. Has anyone heard of or used these?

Xenon Headlight 95 Suburban

Has anyone upgraded their headlights to the Xenon type? I run them on my Jeep and would like to put them on my Suburban. The ones I have on my Jeep are Delta's, and they use a H4 bulb. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks, Dave

Engine Cut Out - 95 Suburban

I have a 95, 5.7, 4WD, 1500 Suburban. It has all of the trailer options on it. 143K miles. In the last 5-7 years I average 3K miles. The last two times I have taken it out the engine cuts out 2-3 times very quickly...it has never stalled...then it runs OK and then cuts out again. It feels...

95 Suburban..Driver Seat Issues

I have a 95 1/2 ton 4x4, driver seat is electric. All features work except forward and back. When I move the lever it makes a sound like a wrong answer buzzer on a game show. I was told there is a cable that might have come out of the track. Does anyone else have or had this same problem...

Brody, Nice truck and with 240K...really nice. Are those GMC wheels or after market? I can't see the center hub. Dave

Thanks Brody...I assume yours is the same color :0). It hasn't seen any winter driving since 1996...had Ziebart undercoat maintenance spray for the 1st ten years. Has 141K. Never thought I would have it this long...but it is money in the back.

What's a good air bag helper spring?

My assumption is you have purchased your air lifts by now...but in case you haven't I installed the Air Lift bags on my 95 Suburban. They work great, don't leak...have had them for 15 yrs without any issues. I don't have a compressor...just put the filler under the rear bumper.

95 Burb AM Radio Issues

I bought my truck new and have always had very poor reception with the AM portion of the radio. I took it back to the dealer a few times...when it was under warranty...they found nothing. I have taken it out to see if there was a bad electrical connection, striped wire, etc. Didn't see any...
