Gen 3 motor with DBW sounds like the GM E40 computer... it uses a 24 tooth reluctor like an earlier LS1 but a drive by tire throttle. It was used on the 2005 Corvette also, plus many trucks around that timeframe. My shop has used the E40 a couple of times when doing LS swaps. It works when...- Fair
