Cammed vortec doesnt start without opening throttle!?!

Hi i have a mildly built 350 vortec .30 over h beams forged crank 10.1 CR 500 lift cam 220/224 110lsa cam and it will not start without applying throttle if i hit the key it will bump a few times then die right after! Need some opinions on my built 350 vortec!
Hey guys i just finished building a 350 vortec for my truck.. Long story short i have 0.30 speed pro flat tops in it its calculated out to be 9:91 so i think basiclly 10:1 compression would i be ok running 93 octane from experience does a 10:1 motor run pretty good on pump gas? 93 of course...- chevyman("

0411 swap ?

Cammed 1999 Chevy Tahoe idle problems
Probably the iac valve it has to have a certain range of motion if they tuned the iac valve to where it cant correct for the big surges a cam with high duration makes like it reaches max opening and it's not enough to correct the idle it wont idle proper make sure the is valve is working...- chevyman("

From blackbox to 0411??
Hey guys i have a 98 silverado l31 bored .60 eagle rods stock crank marine cam 1:6 rockers lil port an polish.. 4:10 gears.. Cranks but she wont start.
Id say 80% of the time its the sending unit in the tank.. It has to hold constant pressure on the injectors. If you have the oem poppet injectors they will not fire if they dont have sufficient pressure.. My 98 did the same exact thing as yours and it was the sending unit..
