1994 np241 issue!

I still don't see how it would shift THAT late. It's very noticeable. My halfton truck shifts normally and our designated tow rig (until I bought my duramax) an 89 Chevy 3500, 454 and 400 turbo truck shift fine in low. I'm not denying the trashed mounts, it's shot and I have a new one behind...

1994 np241 issue!

I have a 1994 3/4 ton 6.5 diesel with the np241 transfer. I noticed an issue with it several months ago. The transmission shifts perfect in 4hi and 2hi, but you put it in 4low and it the tranny won't shift unless you really wind it up pretty high and let off. By doing this, it won't go into OD...

Timing help!

We have a genisis scanner but the distributior gear is a couple of teeth off now I'm assuming. So that needs to be right before you time it with a scanner right?

No headlights! Help!

Sorry for taking so long on the reply back guys. My truck is a 97 model. The day after I posted my question up I went outside and my headlights worked with the switch turned to have the headlights on. They worked with highs and lows. Well later that night they went back out and never worked...

Programmer issues!

Well I had the programmer on the truck when it did it the first time. Took it off to fix it, changed fuel filter checked a series of electrical components, and it ended up being the fuel pump relay. I took the old relay and a pair of needlenose and twisted the prongs a little and it ran perfect...

Programmer issues!

I have a 1997 Gmc sierra 1500 L31 engine and I'm running (off and on) a hypertech power programmer 3. Has anyone else have this programmer? If so, anyone else had any problems with their fuel pump relay suddenly not getting any connection, allowing it not to start and run? I've had this issue...

As for the 6.5s, the other guys might try to burn me for saying this, but the factory premium sound speakers in your year sound great with the tweeters in the doors if thats not what you already have

4 Hi Headlight Mod

Me and my dad did this to my truck. I absolutely love it. HIDs are in the mix at some point, and even some silverstars for my H3 foglights.
