    Finally I can report some more progress. I built the 6.0 it's just awaiting the covers. I have to build my 80e and the front diff and at that point I can put the whole powertrain back into the truck and start working on turbo piping.

    Yeah definitely had to crawl through the barn doors. If I wore something softer that wasnt going to scratch the paint I could have slid in the driver door but back was the best bet.

    Update: It has been dropped for a few weeks and fits in trailer snugly. It has been towed up to my shop and the 454 was hoisted out and actually has been sold. I plan on assembling the engine, building the trans and transfer case and dropping the powertrain in next week. Lets see how that goes.

    Yup it will be a 3/4 Ton AWD Twin turbo 6.0 truck when said and done. Now i'm having a heck of a time trying to find parts to lower it. I just want to drop it approx 3 inches. Apparently no one i have found makes anything for a 2500 4x4.

    Can anyone direct me to some companies that make lowering parts for a 95 K2500 Suburban? I am just trying to drop it about 3 maybe 4 inches. I was thinking doing keys and shackles if I can find some? Thanks
