    Finally I can report some more progress. I built the 6.0 it's just awaiting the covers. I have to build my 80e and the front diff and at that point I can put the whole powertrain back into the truck and start working on turbo piping.

    Yeah definitely had to crawl through the barn doors. If I wore something softer that wasnt going to scratch the paint I could have slid in the driver door but back was the best bet.

    Update: It has been dropped for a few weeks and fits in trailer snugly. It has been towed up to my shop and the 454 was hoisted out and actually has been sold. I plan on assembling the engine, building the trans and transfer case and dropping the powertrain in next week. Lets see how that goes.

    Yup it will be a 3/4 Ton AWD Twin turbo 6.0 truck when said and done. Now i'm having a heck of a time trying to find parts to lower it. I just want to drop it approx 3 inches. Apparently no one i have found makes anything for a 2500 4x4.

    Can anyone direct me to some companies that make lowering parts for a 95 K2500 Suburban? I am just trying to drop it about 3 maybe 4 inches. I was thinking doing keys and shackles if I can find some? Thanks

    So far I have the NVG149 and need to send the input gear out to milled and resplined to accept the 4L80E. Does anyone have a link to some information on what is needed for the front diff. From what I see the axle flanges on my 2500 are bigger than the NBS 1500 AWD diffs. Do people swap...

    I also have a fiberglass bumper cover painted black with the street scene urethane valance with fog light holes that has some rock chips and what not. I would sell it locally if someone is interested. Pic of bumper when it was on truck. I may still have the street scene grille insert too.

    To be honest with you I customized the truck almost 11 years ago with all the body stuff but I thought it was made by street sceene. They were made for 1500 series trucks and I trimmed them and molded them to fit onto my 2500 with fender flares.

    The MSD is off my 95. It is pretty much pug and play and comes with everything you need. I couldn't see shipping being any more than 25 bucks by the time I box it and ship it to you.

    454 is still looking for a new home. Also the MSD BTM is for sale, stock TBI with flow-matched injectors.
