4l60E No 4th gear

LOL Yeah it skips second, goes to third, and then neutral winds when it attempts 4th. If I put it in 2nd manually, it behaves like neutral when it goes to shift. I had full range of gears for about 10 minutes before I heard a clunk during a 1-2 shift and lost 2nd. My only options at this point...

Update: For anyone interested in this issue; Good news! Yes, the relay can cause 4th gear to not exist. Its a silly, overlooked orientation (as you can see in my included pic) and a relatively easy fix, but damn it was a little stressful. Bad news is my new band broke during the test drive and...
