Dick Cepek Series II Alignment Cam

My solution was pull the old part's off and took it to a machine shop to re-manufacture. They used thicker steel and I had them make 8 total so I won't have this issue again for some time. It cost me about $400 total w/o alignment.

I cannot find the Caster / Camber Cam Bolt Kit that will replace the Dick Cepek Series II kit for a 1994 Chevy Silverado 4x4. I picked up an OEM replacement but the cam washer is much too small. Any ideas on where I can find a replacement? Here are the original links to the Series I and...
