Long story short I bought the 6" Rancho lift kit for my 1999 2 door Tahoe a few years ago. I bought it used, they claimed all the pieces were there, but I should have known better. This Tahoe has been a slow project of mine and I'm finally to the point were I'm ready to lift it... but one...
I'm almost certain there 4.5 x 6.5. I measured mine a few weeks ago and ordered these lights. The size is almost spot on....

The headliner wasn't to bad. I pulled the old liner off and that took a while because it didn't come off clean and I had to scrape the excess fabric off. Just make sure you buy a commercial adhesive. There's a picture of the stuff I used in the background. You can spray it or roll/brush it...
About 1 year ago I bought a 2 door Tahoe from an abondoned auto auction held at my work. It caught my eye when it first came in, but it wasn't until the night before the auction I new I wanted to bid on it. So me and my boyfriend briefly checked it inside and out, put a jumpbox on it and it...

Try putting some coffee grounds in there. Works just like the charcoal. Spread some fine grounds on a few plates and just let it set in there for a couple days. Your truck might smell like coffee, but it's better than smoke!!
Agreed don't waste your money, just get the 6" kit and crank it down. At least this way you have options to go higher later on without any extra cost. They don't cost much more anyways. Check out this thread...

I like that overlay. I did the blue gauge lights also, but just curious how the blue would look against the red on the new overlay? If you end up doing it, post some pictures!!
How'd you paint around your rear quarter windows without removing the glass? I'm in the process of stripping my 2 door now and I bought the 3m lifting trim tape to try to get under the rubber/plastic piece around the windows but it's way to stiff. I lifted it maybe a mm. lol
