    Just replace with grade 8 stuff of the same size. Mimic what is already there. Find a local fastener supplier like Fastenal. But to be honest, those bolts shouldn't be bad unless severely corroded. I live n the south so that's not an issue for me.

    I'm pretty sure the axle would move fwd a wee bit. Its all hinged on the eye at the front of the spring. As the rear moves down the distance between the two reduces.
