Need some help guys..

It never happens when turning left, no noises and fluid is full. I'll definitely be looking at all that and keep the post updated. Just wanted to see if I could get some pointers. Never had this sort of issue and it really baffles me lol. Thats a chevy for ya though.

I'l try to explain this the best way I can. Engine is around 202K miles and can' really afford a new one and don't have time to rebuild. But the issue I'm having is, when you first start driving the truck it will hesitate a lot and stutter, then if you make a right hand turn it dies. It will do...

Opinions please? Transmission issue or something else.

Im ruling out mounts because of the grunding noise. Im kinda wandering if it isn't the Tcase trying to engage when it shouldn't. Anyway to check that?

I have a 1997 Z71. The issue I'm having is sometimes when the truck is in reverse and you start to reverse there is a loud hard thud followed by a high pitched grinding sound, throw it in park and it will stop. It doesn't do this everytime. People have told me its the sun shell in the trans...

Finding that out now. One guy I was talking to on the Facebook forums was saying it will swap but I have to change the pan and the neutral safety swithch.

Pretty sure my trans is bad. Needs replaced or rebuilt. My buddy has a trans. He would sell me at a good price. According to the research I have done 9LUD on the sticker on the trans. Means it is a model year 99' trans. Will this interchange with my 97'?
