    stock throttle cable ideas for carbed 385 SBC

    I am not familiar with that carb. But always just use the stock cable and stock bracket. I use Q-jets and AFB edelbrocks.

    Gmt800 fans ?

    If I get the wire harness with it. Do I just need to ground the 2 small signal wires to a sending unit ?

    Hey guys tried to search but nothing came up. Anybody put gmt800 electric fans in a gmt400 ? I would like to see pics if possible. As I can get a set and I want to see how they would mount. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    I am planning on doing pretty much the same on my 94. Summit cam, Holley intake a couple of other odd and ends. I was thinking of getting the bored out throttle body( can't remember who offers them now) is it cfm thech ?

    I think the ecu is the same but the prom is different.

    I converted to carb. So I removed all the emissions stuff. but I am pretty sure it all fits. Because it's stock parts.

    Could not get them both in the same pic. But took 2 pics further back. So you can get the idea. Don't mind the detention cord it's for a battery tender. Just have the rest in the hood instead of the ground.

    Positive from driver side battery I am not the best photographer if you need something specific just let me know.
