I have the 7.4 and my truck recently started to develop a weird starting issue. When it sits for longer than 10 minutes it won't start. I'll put the key in the ignition and rotate it to crank and it just gives one single click.
I replaced the starter because it sounded weak and it did not...
I am in the middle of doing some maintenance to the truck and I am trying to pull my power steering pump. How do you guys drain the fluid out of the pump before you pull it?
I removed the pulley already and i'm stuck for now. Any help would be appreciated!

Attached are a few more pictures. I finally got my straps installed. These are 22" and I have pretty much maxed the upper ball joint out. We will see how the moogs handle this. I will probably get a custom upper control arm built at some point.

I'm trying to decide how much down travel to give my truck, but I am unfamiliar with the way BJs and CVs should look. At the angle above, the measurement between the top bolt of the shock and the bottom bolt of the shock is 22.5". This is the location of the 21.5" limiting strap that this lift...
I got the upper and lower BJs on today, but I got stuck on this boot cover. I couldn't get it to stay on. There is a metal ring inside the boot, but it was too tiny to slip over this lip on the BJ. Will this boot just seat itself when I put the castle but on or what? I tried for like 15 min, but...
Got stuck again so I quit for the day. The hammer trick isn't working for the lower BJs. Got a pickle fork and went through the back of the spindle hammering it toward the hole. I decided to break mid way through because I was tired. Any advice for popping them off?

I made it pretty much this far on both sides with the exeption of the left tie rod end. I'm thinking I am just going to get new rotors and wheel studs. Two of the studs are pretty munched up and would retread without some serious force. I'll keep you guys...
