There's a lot rules for Co part but yeah you can spend up to 1k if you aren't a dealer and don't have a big huge deposit.Around here I think it's anyone over 21 can register an account and bid on Co-Part; I know there's a rear-ended 98 ECSS with 86,000 miles heading to auction block at my local yard.
