Big 3 kits 96-98 V8 trucks

I have two big 3 lots I'm selling. One is a 4 gauge kit, I'm pulling this one off my truck and replacing with a 1/0 kit. The other is a 1/0 kit.

The 4 gauge kik will be crimped and soldered
The 1/0 kit will be hammer crimped.

They'll come wrapped in wire loom.


For those who do not know what the big 3 is... The big 3 is upgraded alternator and ground wires running from 3 areas.
Alternator to battery
Motor to body
Battery to body

The big 3 helps when you have a big sound system, or a lot of accessories running at once. It helps with voltage drop and allows the alternator to properly supply the battery. For most applications 4 gauge works. However most professionals would recommend 1/0 wire.

Here's the difference in wire sizes. 4 gauge is the smaller of the two.

What brand are the wires?

They're cut off a oem jaguar battery cable. i replaced a section in a friend's car and he bought the whole cable from jaguar. The rest is leftover from what I replaced.
