Hey thanx guys. I try to help when I can and however I can.

I guess it's a good thing that I have alldata on my home computer. Comes in handy when working on cars at home too.

I need pics because I have never heard of a factory CD player before '95.

Yeah me too, got to see this. I was looking for a factory set up before I got my CD player. Where is the CD player located? I thought '95 and up had them, nothing before '94.

Sorry for not getting back with you guys sooner on this.

Yes, it's mounted in the same location as the cassette deck with little modification. It is from another GM so it's "factory", it just wasn't available in our trucks. :)

Annnnnnnnnnnnnd....

I don't have pics of it mounted in a GMT-400 because I don't HAVE a GMT-400 YET. I did however borrow the dash of a truck at the yard where I found this unit and it fit with very MINOR modification. :)

So when we first got the 94 the blend door motor needed replaced, to do this we pulled the rider seat. When we put the seat in we noticed that it move like a rocking chair. We have to bolts tight and have checked them acouple times but it never moves. Looking at it more i noticed that it has a small gap inbetween the rails to move back and forward. Does any 1 know how to fix it besides getting another seat?

Have you ever used Mitchell on Demand?

Ya I have used it and I do like the wiring schematics better because of the color coding they use for the individual wires. I just had access to alldata because of my dad and I took the discs home with me and loaded all of them on my hard drive except for a few import discs that were badly scratched. 1 TB of space and still have a ton more space left.

I agree. Here you go, Capricefrk.......have some rep! Gotta recognize when people really help out. Thanks man, it's stuff like that which makes a site like this really great.

Thanx man much appreciated. As stated before, I dont mind helping when and where I can with whatever I can. I actually enjoy helping others that need it.

Do you have anything on the dash illumination circuit for '95 and up? (96 specifically)
