hold on, dually and cummins but still with the half ton frame. i hope he beefed it up some.

There is really not that big of a difference in the two frames. Go measure the frame on your 97 then on your 2000 and tell me how big of a difference there is. With that being said though I am sure he has done some serious work to that truck which would include some new crossmembers thrown in there.

Oh yes, I knew the frames weren't that much different, but with the half ton being the "lightest" duty frames in these trucks and still hooking the sled like that just further amazes me at what one of the best trucks GM ever rolled out can do.
