Picked up a Yuke a couple weeks ago with blown head gaskets for a grand, $300 later she's up and running. All that's been done so far is replace heads, new headers (plugged EGR port), cat delete, dumped muffler (only cause I didn't have enough cash to finish it...), removed running boards, wheel well trim, and roof rack, and put the (very clean) stocker wheels back on. I have some (unorthodox) plans for this thing, so stay tuned.

Thanks fellas. Short near future mod list, though I think it'll end up like Red and be a never ending modification -
Finish exhaust
3/2 drop (cut front coils, shackles in rear)
Remove bump strips
Smoothie front bumper
Colormatch mirrors and sidemarkers
Something with the taillights, haven't decided yet (I have a few things in mind)
Electric fan

Nice. 2wds aren't that common.

Thanks. They're pretty common around here. In fact, everything is pretty common here, except for CCSBs, ECLBs, 2 door Hoes/Yukes, and PPVs. Though there's 3 CCSBs (all 3/4 ton), 1 PPV, and 4 2 doors that I see on a regular basis. I really, really, really, reeeeaallly want that PPV...

Thats cool. Whats the difference between a obs police tahoe and a regular tahoe. I think a w/t 2500 from my local fire department would be cool

PPV sat a little lower, had thicker sway bars, G80 rear, black painted SS wheels, 130MPH Certified speedo (have one in my truck), and was tuned a little different. I think the limiter kicked in around 115 or 120 instead of 98. Not mention the usual police stuff, spotlights in the doors, caged rear windows, etc. There were options for them, like any other truck, but all Z56s came with upgraded suspension and tune.
